At Moon Mountain Magick, we value the energetic integrity of both our physical apothecary goods and our intuitive consulting services. Please review our policies below to ensure a harmonious exchange.
Physical Goods & Apothecary Items
Due to the delicate and energetic nature of our curated ritual tools, crystals, and apothecary goods, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse. Once an item leaves our sanctuary and enters your space, its energetic journey with you has begun.
However, we take great care in vetting and packaging our products. If you receive a damaged physical product in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at Support@MoonMountainMagick.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
Upon review, we will gladly arrange a replacement or issue a store credit to make it right.
Consulting Services (Astrology Readings, etc.)
Our intuitive consulting sessions are deeply personalized. Because of the extensive time, preparation, and focused energy dedicated to analyzing your unique celestial blueprint and crafting your customized reading before we even meet, all service sales are strictly final and non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding of this professional boundary and energetic exchange.
Cancellations, Rescheduling, & No-Shows
We honour your time, and we ask that you honour ours. If you need to reschedule a booked session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to your appointment time so we can adjust our calendar accordingly. You can easily reschedule by using the link in your confirmation email or contacting us directly.
Please note: Missed appointments (no-shows) without prior notice, or cancellations made within the 24-hour window, forfeit the session fee entirely, and no refunds will be issued.
