Welcome to the Moon Mountain Magick checkout page. Moon Mountain Magick is a branch of Arcane Collective LLC. By placing an order for physical goods, digital products, or consulting services through our website (www.moonmountainmagick.com), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General Agreement

By completing your purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are making this purchase with the consent and supervision of a legal guardian.

2. Nature of Products and Services (Disclaimer)

Moon Mountain Magick provides metaphysical goods (crystals, apothecary, ritual items, etc.) as well as intuitive consulting services (astrology readings, oracle insights, etc.).

Entertainment & Spiritual Purposes: All metaphysical services, readings, and ritual goods are provided for spiritual, educational, and entertainment purposes only.
Not Professional Advice: Our services and products are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. If you are experiencing a crisis, please consult a licensed professional. Arcane Collective LLC makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from the use of our physical products or intuitive services.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
We accept standard major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase for both physical goods and scheduled consulting services.

4. Shipping and Fulfillment (Physical Goods)

Processing: Physical items from the 'Capri-Corner' Boutique and Apothecary are carefully curated and packed. Please allow standard processing times (typically 3-5 business days) prior to shipment.
Shipping Risk: Once an item is handed over to the postal carrier, Moon Mountain Magick is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Physical Goods: If you receive a damaged physical product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (with photos of the damage) for a replacement or store credit. Due to the energetic nature of our ritual tools and crystals, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse.
Consulting Services (Readings, etc.): Because of the time and energy dedicated to preparing and delivering customized readings and consulting services, all service sales are final and non-refundable.
*Cancellations/Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a booked session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments without notice may forfeit the session fee.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including the Moon Mountain Magick name, "Noir Zen" aesthetic, branding, logos, photography, digital downloads, and course materials—is the exclusive property of Arcane Collective LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcane Collective LLC, Moon Mountain Magick, and 'MJ Magick' shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, website, or services. You agree to take full personal responsibility for your choices, actions, and the results thereof.

These Terms & Conditions, and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services or products, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
