Social Confidence Spell Vial

A spell jar handcrafted with the intention of sparking courage and banishing anxiety in social situations!

INSTRUCTIONS: Hold your jar, close your eyes, and focus on your intention. Think about your desired outcome - what does it feel like? What does it look like?

Keep spell jar in a place that will help you with your desired outcome - on your nightstand, desk, in your car or purse, or perhaps by the mirror you use to get ready for the day. You can recharge the spell using selenite or light from the full moon, then refocusing on the intention.
